Company
History
Pres-Vac Engineering was founded in 1952 by Mr. Poul Lund, after having worked more than 20 years in the field of marine and industrial venting applications. After Mr. Lund retired, Pres-Vac Engineering became a member of the Swiss AAS Group of companies, controlled by the Soerensen family.
In 2008, Pres-Vac Engineering was sold by the Soerensen's to Pres-Vac Engineering ApS and Valpump Gmbh, entities belonging to Andlinger & Company, a private fund which in Europe focuses on acquiring medium-sized equipment manufacturing firms and helping them to develop their business globally. Pres-Vac Engineering has steadily expanded its activities and now provides a broad range of tank fittings and engineering services.
